Processing Time

Orders placed Monday–Friday ship within 24 hours. Orders placed after 12:00 CET Friday ship on Monday. Peak-season orders may require an additional business day.

Domestic Shipping (EU)

  • Standard (3–5 business days): €6 flat rate, free over €150.
  • Express (1–2 business days): €15 flat rate.
  • All shipments include tracking and carbon-neutral delivery partners.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Transit times average 4–7 business days, and duties are calculated at checkout for supported countries. Customers are responsible for any local handling fees assessed upon delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn’t updated within 5 business days, contact support@elmnts.studio with your order number. We coordinate directly with the carrier and keep you informed until the parcel is delivered or a replacement/refund is issued.
