How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also find tracking information in your account under “My Orders.”
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified within two hours of placement. Contact support@elmnts.studio with your order number and requested change.
Which size should I choose?
Each product page includes a fit guide and garment measurements. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Berlin, Germany. Customs duties may apply to international shipments.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. Choose the gift packaging option at checkout for an additional €5. The recipient will receive a branded box and gift note without pricing.
