- How do I track my order?
- Once your order ships you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also find tracking information in your account under “My Orders.”
- Can I change or cancel my order?
- Orders can be modified within two hours of placement. Contact support@elmnts.studio with your order number and requested change.
- Which size should I choose?
- Each product page includes a fit guide and garment measurements. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
- Where do you ship from?
- All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Berlin, Germany. Customs duties may apply to international shipments.
- Do you offer gift packaging?
- Yes. Choose the gift packaging option at checkout for an additional €5. The recipient will receive a branded box and gift note without pricing.
