Eligibility
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. For hygiene reasons, undergarments, masks, and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
Process
Submit a return request via your account dashboard or email support@elmnts.studio with your order number and reason for the return. We will issue a prepaid return label for domestic orders, or provide instructions for international shipments.
Refunds
Once received, items undergo a quality check within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Exchanges ship as soon as the original item is scanned in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange an expedited replacement or refund.
